CryptoCards.store operates an online marketplace allowing users to purchase digital gift cards and mobile top-ups using cryptocurrency. We act as a reseller of digital goods and do not guarantee the availability of any specific product at any given time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
All orders are processed in cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, and others as listed). Prices are displayed at the time of checkout and are subject to change without notice. Once a cryptocurrency payment is confirmed on the blockchain, it is final and non-reversible due to the nature of blockchain transactions.
All products sold on CryptoCards.store are digital goods delivered electronically to your registered email address or account dashboard upon payment confirmation. There is no physical shipping. Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 30 minutes during peak times.
Due to the instant digital delivery nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are issued solely at our discretion in cases of proven non-delivery or technical error on our part. Redeemed or partially used codes are not eligible for refunds.
All content, trademarks, logos, and branding on CryptoCards.store are the exclusive property of CryptoCards.store or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
You agree not to use CryptoCards.store for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or circumventing sanctions. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt our platform. Any violation may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
CryptoCards.store is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Third-party gift card brands are independent entities and we make no warranties regarding their products beyond what is stated on their packaging.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CryptoCards.store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CryptoCards.store at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CryptoCards.store is registered. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
